Arnot Health, which is part of Centralus Health, has been named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces 2025 by Newsweek Magazine and Plant-A Insights Group. The recognition comes after a comprehensive evaluation process that included employee interviews, company reviews, public data analysis, and an assessment of more than 120 performance indicators. These indicators covered areas such as career progression, company culture, compensation and benefits, as well as community and belonging.

Ronette Wiley, President and Chief Operating Officer at Arnot Health, stated: “We are proud to be named one of Newsweek’s Greatest Workplaces in Health Care for 2025. This recognition reflects the unwavering commitment of our team to creating a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing environment. To be one of only 37 hospitals in New York State, and one of only 7 outside of New York City, to receive this honor is a powerful testament to the strength of our people and the values we live every day.”

Jennifer H. Cunningham, Editor-in-Chief of Newsweek, commented: “In the health care industry especially, employee engagement is crucial. These companies demonstrate exceptional commitment to creating a workplace that promotes both employee and client satisfaction at the highest level. And with higher employee engagement comes a range of benefits. That’s why Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group are partnering for the third-annual ranking of America’s Greatest Workplaces, recognizing the companies where employee engagement comes naturally.”

This year’s list highlights organizations across various sectors that have shown strong dedication to their workforce through policies supporting professional growth and workplace satisfaction.
