The enrollment data indicated a total of 402 students at Cherry Valley-Springfield Central School in 2025-26. Black students accounted for 0.5% of the student population, making them the second smallest ethnic group represented at the school.

The campus is part of the Cherry Valley-Springfield Central School District and maintains its central office in Cherry Valley.

It was the only district school that had Black students enrolled, with two students registered that year.
