The Delaware County Board of Supervisors has announced a public hearing scheduled for Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 1:05 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Supervisors’ Room of the Senator Charles D. Cook County Office Building, located at 111 Main Street in Delhi, New York.
During the hearing, the Board will discuss several proposed local laws related to salary adjustments for various county officials. The proposals include setting the following annual salaries: Judith Garrison, Election Commissioner at $65,208; Stephen Hood, Director of Emergency Services at $92,370; Joseph deMauro, Director of Information Technology at $106,641; Lyndsay Komosinski, Director Office of the Aging at $86,438; Carrara Knoetgen, Personnel Officer at $101,892; Shelly Johnson-Bennett, Commissioner of Planning, Parks and Watershed Affairs at $130,175; Joseph Ermeti, Public Defender at $203,939; Amanda Walsh, Public Health Director at $123,433; James Thomas, Commissioner of Public Works at $126,250; Sherri Falcone, Director Real Property Tax II at $99,038; Keith Weaver, Commissioner of Social Services at $117,838; Mark Dunlop, Director Veterans Service Agency at $69,228; and Haley Gransbury, County Clerk at $88,168.
According to the announcement: “All persons interested in speaking concerning the proposed local laws will be heard at the aforementioned time and place. Disabled citizens who require assistance in attending said public hearing or in furnishing comments or suggestions should contact the Clerk of the Board to request assistance at (607) 832-5110.”
