The Delaware County Department of Emergency Services has announced that it is accepting sealed bids for a new ambulance. Detailed bid packages can be inspected and obtained at the Office of the Director, located at 280 Phoebe Lane, Suite 3, Delhi, New York.

Questions regarding the bid must be submitted by 3:00 P.M., Prevailing Time, on Friday, August 15, 2025. Bids should be filed with Stephen Hood, Director of Emergency Services, at the same address no later than 3:00 P.M., Prevailing Time, on Friday, September 12, 2025. All submissions must be in a sealed envelope marked “Delaware County Ambulance” and include a non-binding cost estimate. The bids will be publicly opened and read at that time.

Stephen Hood stated that “the successful bidder will be promptly notified and must be prepared to enter into a contract for the services in conformity with the information in the proposal.” The county retains the right to reject any or all bids.
