Figures indicate that Fort Plain Junior-Senior High School had a total enrollment of 294 students in 2025-26. Hispanic students represented 5.4% of the overall student body, making them the school’s second-largest ethnic group.

The campus is part of the Fort Plain Central School District, with administrative offices based in Fort Plain.

Of the district’s two schools, Harry Hoag School had the most Hispanic students enrolled during that period, with 23 students total.
