On Sunday, March 2, former Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Central School District standout Von Baker’s current college team, the Rice Owls, lost 14-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas A&M Aggies.
The game took place at Daikin Park. This was their first matchup against the Aggies this season.
The Owls’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 6:30 p.m. at Reckling Park against Lamar Cardinals.
