On Sunday, April 13, former Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Central School District standout Von Baker’s current college team, the Rice Owls, won 5-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the South Florida Bulls.
The game took place at Reckling Park. This was their third matchup against the Bulls this season.
The Owls’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 6:30 p.m. at Reckling Park against Houston Cougars.
