On December 10, 2025, Oberacker announced the arrival of the Toys for Tots Holiday Train in his district. He stated, “This weekend, the @ToysForTots_USA Holiday Train will be making three stops in our district. On December 12, 2025, Oberacker expressed support for a colleague’s campaign. He posted: “It was an honor to introduce my friend, my colleague, and the next Senator from the 51st, @ChrisTague102 . Since 2021, we’ve worked together to bring real common sense, or as I call it, country sense, back to New York. And like everyone who showed up tonight, I have full”.
