City of Amsterdam recently issued the following announcement
Event: Brownfield Opportunity Area Public Workshop - East End

he City of Amsterdam has been fortunate to take advantage of grant funding for NYS Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA) Step 2 Nomination Studies for the East End and Northern Neighborhoods. These studies are about to wrap up and the project team is excited to report to the community about the studies’ findings and outcomes.
Two public workshops have been scheduled to gather residents’ and stakeholders’ input about the studies, one session for each neighborhood.
Due to ongoing pandemic restrictions the meetings will be held virtually on the Zoom platform. So we can be prepared to welcome you, all attendees must RSVP. The meeting codes and passwords will be provided by email at least 24 hours before the meeting.
