The public is hereby notified of a 30-day period for the review of Agricultural District #3 in the towns of Andes, Bovina, Colchester, Delhi, Middletown, Roxbury & Stamford Delaware County N.Y. This review period will commence on September 23, 2021 and conclude on October 22, 2021. The establishment of Agricultural District #3 within the County of Delaware was initially made on July 10, 1974 pursuant to Article.

In other news, the Finance Committee Meeting that was scheduled for December 27th has been cancelled. Further details regarding this cancellation have not been provided at this time.
