On Sunday, March 9, former Fonda-Fultonville Central School standout Derek Duval’s current college team, the Charleston Cougars, won 11-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Appalachian State Mountaineers.

The game took place at Patriots Point Athletics Complex. This was their third matchup against the Mountaineers this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 4:30 p.m. at Patriots Point Athletics Complex against Wofford Terriers.
