Among the three institutions in the county, Hartwick College stood out with the highest tuition fees, reaching an average of $51,309. Otsego Area BOCES-Practical Nursing Program followed with an average of $13,025 per year. SUNY Oneonta students were offered the lowest annual tuition fees at $8,875.
