West End BOA Public Meeting #1
The City of Amsterdam West End Neighborhood Brownfield Opportunity Area (BOA) Nomination Study looks at existing conditions, opportunities, and reuse potential for properties within the study area.
The study will identify strategic sites to spark revitalization.
What’s a Brownfield?
Brownfields are abandoned, vacant, or underutilized properties that may be complicated by the presence or potential presence of environmental contamination.
