Delaware County is inviting sealed proposals for the supply of hot mixed asphalt, as per Section 103 of the General Municipal Law of New York. The proposals, designated as Proposal No. 6-25, are to be submitted on specific bid forms available at the Office of the County Commissioner of Public Works in Delhi, NY.

Bidders must submit their proposals to James D. Thomas, Delaware County Commissioner of Public Works, by 11:00 A.M. on February 27, 2025. Submissions should be enclosed in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside. At this time and place, all bids will be publicly opened and read.

The Department ensures compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related regulations by affirming that disadvantaged business enterprises will have fair opportunities to submit bids without discrimination based on race, color, or national origin.

Upon selection, the successful bidder will be notified promptly and expected to enter into a contract according to the proposal details. The county reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
